Fine print

Base price includes one set of hinged, lockable doors, clear roof panels, and automatic vent openers on every roof vent, plus the side wall louvres standard for that size (see specification above). Roof vent and side wall louvre counts shown are standard for each size and length; louvre quantity is reduced where additional side wall doors are added. This glasshouse range is designed for horticultural and general garden-room use; it is not designed or warranted to be completely weathertight. Council compliance and suitability for your intended use is the purchaser's responsibility. Prices are inclusive of GST and subject to change. This tool provides an instant estimate — a member of our team will confirm final pricing and site requirements with you directly. Payment terms: 50% deposit on acceptance of proposal (books our team's travel and gets your glasshouse packed for dispatch), balance of 50% due on build completion. Once you're happy with your quote, we'll send a proposal for digital signature along with footing details for your builder to prepare the foundation — and we're glad to answer any foundation-prep questions your builder has.
