How Do I Place an Order?

Buy your kitset greenhouse through one of our retail partners or directly from our Australian website. Purchasing through a retailer includes free shipping and expert support.

Are Your Greenhouses Made in Australia?

Yes! Our greenhouses are manufactured in Australia and New Zealand for superior durability in harsh Australian climates. With local support, we ensure expert guidance whenever you need help.

Do I Need Council Approval?

You will need to check with your local council whether or not they require it.  We have plans available for you to use if needed for an application.

How Is Greenhouse Delivery Handled?

Due to weight and size, kitset greenhouses are shipped to the nearest Mainfreight depot. You’ll need a trailer for collection, and depot staff will use a forklift for loading.

What Tools Do I Need for Assembly?

• Cordless impact driver (includes 10mm nut setter/socket)
• Phillips head screwdriver
• Set square, spirit level, tape measure
• Scissors or sharp knife
• Bucket of warm soapy water (helps soften rubber beading for installation)

Is Assembly Difficult?

Most customers find assembling their kitset greenhouse manageable with time and patience. If DIY isn't for you, consider a professional installer—you can relax while they handle everything! On average, an 8x8ft greenhouse takes two people about a day to assemble.
