Order Processing and Delivery Times

At Winter Gardenz, our residential greenhouses and accessories are handcrafted with care at our factory in New Zealand. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, though lead times may vary based on supply chain availability:

• Accessories: Typically shipped within 5–7 business days, pending stock availability.
• Greenhouses: Generally take 2–6 weeks, depending on supply chain factors. For a precise estimate, please contact us when placing your order.

We currently manufacture in New Zealand and ship to Australia. We are excited to announce that a new manufacturing facility in Australia is in development, which will significantly reduce lead times in the future.

Shipping Charges and Delivery Methods

Shipping charges are calculated at the time of order processing and depend on:

• Your postcode
• The weight and size of the items in your shipment

The delivery method is determined by the size and weight of your order:

• Items under 1.5 meters (e.g., shelving and accessories) are typically sent via courier services.
• Items 1.5 meters and over (e.g., greenhouses) are shipped via Mainfreight.

Greenhouse and Glasshouse Delivery

Due to their size and weight, greenhouses and glasshouses are delivered to your nearest Mainfreight depot for collection. Key points to note:

• It is your responsibility to collect your greenhouse or glasshouse from the Mainfreight depot.
• Glasshouses often weigh over 500kg and require a forklift or equivalent equipment for loading and unloading.
• Due to these weight restrictions, delivery to residential addresses is not feasible for most greenhouses and glasshouses.
