Residential greenhouses and accessories are manufactured and packed by hand with care in our factory.  In most cases of accessories, pending supply, you will receive your order within 5-7 days.  Greenhouses take a bit longer, around 6 weeks but it depends on our supply chain as well so the best idea is to ask us when you place your order.  WinterGardenz currently manufactures in New Zealand and ships to Australia, but we are working towards having our new manufacturing facility set up in Australia as well which will decrease our lead time.

All shipping charges are calculated at the time your order is processed, based on your postcode, weight and size of items in your shipment. The method of delivery service is based on the overall length, weight and actual size of your order. All items under 1.5 meters in length will typically be sent via Courier (ie, shelving and accessories). Items 1.5 meters long and over (e.g Greenhouses) will be sent via Mainfreight Ltd.

It is important to note that due to weight restrictions all greenhouses & glasshouses are sent to your nearest Mainfreight depot for collection by you. It is your responsibility to collect your greenhouse or glasshouse from the Mainfreight depot. Glasshouses will often weigh in excess of 300kg and will require a forklift (or equivalent) to load and unload the crates. This makes it impractical for most glasshouses to be delivered to residential addresses.

As an alternative you are able to collect your purchase from our warehouse at 20 Denbigh Street, Moolap, Geelong.
