Each residential greenhouse and accessory is crafted and packed by hand at our New Zealand facility with exceptional care. Accessories typically ship within 1-3 days, subject to stock availability. Greenhouses require a longer lead time of approximately 2 weeks, although timelines may vary based on supply chain logistics. For the most accurate estimate, please contact us at the time of your order.
Winter Gardenz currently manufactures in New Zealand and ships to customers across Australia. We're actively working to establish a new Australian-based facility, which will further reduce delivery times and support local production.
📦 Freight & Delivery Information
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and determined by your postcode, order weight, and item dimensions.
- Items under 1.5 meters in length (e.g. shelving, accessories) are shipped via courier.
- Items 1.5 meters and over (e.g. greenhouses) are transported via Mainfreight Ltd.
Due to weight restrictions, all greenhouse and glasshouse orders are sent directly to your nearest Mainfreight depot for customer collection. Please note:
- You are responsible for collecting your order from the depot.
- Glasshouse crates often exceed 300kg and require a forklift (or equivalent machinery) for loading and unloading.
- Residential delivery is not available for most glasshouse orders due to size and handling constraints.
🔄 Returns Policy
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or faulty upon arrival due to an error by Winter Gardenz.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
